Position Overview:
We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Warehouse Associate to assist with daily warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who values flexibility, enjoys staying active, and thrives in a collaborative setting.
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Assist with inventory counts and stock management
- Work as part of a team to meet daily and weekly goals
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Ability to lift and move heavy boxes (70 lbs +).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Forklift experience is a plus (not required)
Schedule & Perks:
- Typical schedule: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- Includes either one 30-minute break or two 15-minute breaks
- Flexible scheduling to fit your availability
- Occasional Saturday hours (a few hours as needed)
